Assignment #18 The Wall Card Game

What I was hoping to accomplish was  the creation of card game 

called The Wall. And in order to do that I had to use a program call Adobe Indesign. And Adobe Illustrator. I think it turned out ok.

Assignment #17 Art Deco Poster

This is my rendition of a 1940's Art Deco poster. The skills involved in the making of 

this poster were a working knowledge of several Adobe Programs such as Photoshop, 

illustrator, and Adobe Indesign. I like the way it turned out.

On this assignment I was to create a interactive PDF file, that all the user had to do is click on a number to find out more information. I used Adobe In design to create the assignment.
Not one of my best works but I think it meets the requirements of the assignment.

Optical Illusion Assignment # 16

In the  2D Zeotrope Animation assignment 

I was to animate shapes using Adobe Illustrator. 

The skills that were involved to create the assignment 

where a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator 

Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premier Pro. 

I feel I did pretty good on this assignment considering it took 

almost 12 hours to complete because I want to get it right and not turn in something that was boring.

Asssignment #14 Newsletter

Assignment # 13 Word Pres

What you see is a screen shot of a creation of a four page web site using a program called Word Press. There weren't really any technical skills involved because WordPress did all the work for you, you just had to play around with the different options that were available to get the results that you were looking for when creating a web site. Web Design Assignment #12

I think the one thing that I was trying to accomplish with this assignment was to design a web page using Adobe Photo Shop and slicing it up into separate images and taking those images and piecing them back together using Adobe DreamWeaver to form a web page. This was an easy assignment because I like to use both programs.

Assignment #11 Cover Artwork for SLAM

The thing that I was trying to accomplish with this assignment
was design new cover artwork for the book Slam.
Technical skills to include knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
I did pretty good on this one.

Vector Shape Assignment 10

This is a screen shot of a vector shape assignment that was given. 

Thing that I was trying to accomplish was to animate different shapes and give a fireworks sort of feel to it. 

The technical skills associated with this project were an above average knowledge

of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro.

The thing that I was trying to accomplish with this assignment was to show just one small aspect of what the programs DreamWeaver and PhotoShop can do. As far as technical skills go I have to give credit to the instructors in showing me how to use the programs that allowed me to create the assignment. I think I met all the requirements of the assignment.

This is just one example of the art work that can be done in Photo Shop
using the Wacom drawing tablet with different brushes. This assignment took awhile and I think I did pretty good.

Assignment #7

This assignment was a little challenging, so it's a good thing I saved everything from the ddsgn 150 class.

Assignment #5 Lower case letters and numbers and special characters

Not much to say about this assignment. Other than it was tedious.

Well this is the second half of the font assignment (#5) I have to say it took a few hours to do.

My First Blog Post

This is my first time to the world of blog posting. Student  in the digital design program at Pierce College. Raised in Seattle, Wa
